ON BOOKINGS FOR OCTOBER & NOVEMBER (Excl breakfast. Max of 2 nights)
  • There will be an additional charge for anything broken in the room on check out
  • We are not held liable for any injuries on the property
  • We are not held liable for any loss or damage of personal belongings. We do have safes in the room, please ensure valuables are all kept in the safe
  • Beach towels will be at an additional charge of R260 if they are lost or damaged in any way
  • Please sleep with all doors locked
  • Please ensure that no valuables are left visible in the car, rather keep everything in your room
  • Parents take full responsibility for children swimming at all times and Bliss will not be held accountable for any mishaps. No splashing allowed
  • No pets allowed
  • To confirm the booking 50% of the total cost of the accommodation shall be paid within 5 days after the reservation is made
  • The balance of the total accommodation cost is payable 7 days prior to arrival
  • In the event of any reservation being cancelled for any reason whatsoever 45 days prior to the date of arrival 10% of the deposit will be retained as an administration charge and the balance will be refunded.
  • No refund of the deposit shall be made should the reservation be cancelled within 45 days from the date of arrival.
  • Please confirm your estimated time of arrival as we are not a 24 hour check in desk
  • Check in is preferably between 13h00 and 15h00pm Monday to Friday. Please confirm estimated time of arrival on making your booking
